VIUM CAPITAL FUNDS OVER $2 BILLION IN RECORD YEAR

Seniors housing and healthcare lender VIUM Capital ("VIUM") closed 70 transactions totaling $2.1 billion in 2022, the most productive year in the firm's young history. Financing structures consisted of bridge and permanent debt, funding 186 separate properties in 22 states. Less than three years from launch, VIUM is already a top HUD healthcare lender in the country.

VIUM also became a stand-alone HUD/GNMA approved lender/servicer following its acquisition of Armstrong Mortgage Company and HUD's approval of VIUM's Chief Underwriter Alison Lemle by HUD's LEAN and MAP programs.
